Refund & Cancellation

A clear framework for onboarding and service-related payments, subject to the applicable transaction and provider terms.

1. Onboarding Payments

Applicable onboarding fees are shown before payment. The odpayone onboarding fee is non-refundable once the payment has been successfully completed. By proceeding with the payment, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that the onboarding fee is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after successful payment, except where a refund is required under applicable law or a confirmed duplicate/erroneous payment is identified. Users should retain the payment confirmation and transaction reference.

2. Failed or Unsuccessful Payments

If an amount is debited but the onboarding status is not updated, the user should contact support with the transaction reference, date, amount and registered contact details. Resolution may depend on the payment provider and bank/payment network.

3. Duplicate Payments

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, the case may be reviewed and resolved according to the applicable payment-provider process and eligibility.

4. Service Transactions

Refunds for third-party services, recharges, bill payments or other transactions may be governed by the applicable service provider's terms and transaction status.

5. Cancellation Requests

Cancellation eligibility depends on the nature and stage of the application or service. A request should be raised as soon as possible through the available support channel.

6. Contact

Email support@odpayone.in with your application/Partner ID and relevant transaction reference where applicable.

Important: Final refund timelines, exclusions and service-specific rules should be confirmed with the payment/service providers and reviewed legally before publication.
